Our revolutionary Latex Foam mattresses provide superior comfort, support and durability. Our Illustra Latex, increase or decrease atomospheric pressure. Because manufacturing occurs in a contained environment we are able to control variables such as barometric pressure, heat and humidity which can cause inconsistencies in ordinary foam. Our barometric pressure manufacturing process produces a more consistent cell structure resulting in higher quality foams wiht enhanced performance and strength charachteristics. Our manufacturing process is also Green, because virtually all Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) are trapped in the sealed chamber and not allowed to emit into the atmosphere. Our Latex mattresses utilize a revolutionary multi-channel air circulation system which promotes air flow and the dissipation of heat (warm air). Our mattresses are also wrapped in a bamboo mattress cover. Luxurious Bamboo fabric is a natural textile made from the pulp of bamboo grass and is a renewable resource. Bamboo naturally resists bacteria, naturally deodorizes itself, and has natural moisture wicking properties. Our Bamboo fabric is combined with a temperature regulating, moisture management system called COOLMAX. COOLMAX fibers channel moisture away from the skin. COOLMAX fabric alos absorbs and spreads moisture out across the fabric to enhance the evaporative drying rate. Using sophisticated recycling technology, COOLMAX fibers and fabrics are made from recycled plastic bottles. Our Latex mattresses provide superior pressure relieving properties which lead to a deeper, more restorative nights sleep.
